Folding and Portion Cutting Machine
 1. The machine cuts a noodle sheet into predetermined length, and folds it into two evenly at the top and bottom part.
2. Adjustment of the noodle strip length at the top and bottom part is carried out easily even in operation, by rotating a differential gear in forward or reverse direction with a pilot-motor.
3. Folding reciprocation by two cam mechanisms installed at both sides enables the stable and high-speed operation.
