Over 130 years since we invented our first Noodle Strip Roll Cutter in 1884, we have been seeking to develop the "ideal" noodle machine consistently, and we have been introducing a succession of epoch-making products, which are always at the forefront of the industry.

As a result, the name of OHTAKE is now synonymous worldwide with quality and technological excellence in noodle making. Through the decades, OHTAKE noodle-manufacturing equipment has been contributing significantly to the enhancement of Japan's food industry and culture.
At the same time, it has been widely adopted throughout Southeast Asia and, more recently, in almost all quarters of the world.
Today, we have built a solid reputation as "the noodle plant manufacturer, OHTAKE". Across borders without distinction of race, we are contributing to people's dietary life.
In recent years, consumer demands for noodles have been diversifying exponentially. Further upgrades of production facilities seem to be a top priority for companies in the noodle production industry.
In 1985, we expanded our main manufacturing plant in Tokyo and introduced the most advanced machine tools into production processes.
In 1991, we added a new production plant in Yonezawa, Yamagata prefecture; the new facility is equipped with the latest 5-axis machining center.
As described above, our production system has been constantly upgraded and expanded in order to satisfy various kinds of users' needs. We are continuing to fulfill all kinds of usersf requests by integrating the accumulated knowledge and technology over 130 years.
